Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks,Provide technical support to employees,Monitor system performance and security,Install, configure, and update software and hardware,Manage user accounts and access permissions,Document IT processes and procedures,Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity planning,Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols,Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V,Good understanding of cybersecurity best practices,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
