📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and organize sports competitions, including tournaments, leagues, and individual events.
• Coordinate with event venues, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sports events and attract participants and spectators.
• Manage budgets and financial aspects of sports events, ensuring they are executed within allocated funds.
• Oversee event logistics, including ticketing, registration, and on-site operations.
• Analyze event performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including athletes, sponsors, and local communities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant sports regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sports and competition management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of sports regulations and industry standards.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
