📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices and payments accurately and efficiently
• Ensure timely and proper payment of invoices to vendors
• Maintain and update the accounts payable ledger and related records
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to vendor payments
• Monitor and manage accounts payable aging reports to ensure timely payments
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
