📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to operate the vehicles safely and efficiently.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle mileage, and other performance metrics to optimize fleet usage and reduce costs.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring that cargo is handled safely and efficiently.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that vehicles are available when needed and that routes are planned effectively.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including maintenance, repairs, and usage.,Ensure that all vehicles comply with safety regulations and that drivers adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations is a plus.
