Pacific Pharmaceutical is seeking a dedicated Production Staff to join our team in Sumedang, Jawa Barat. As a Production Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain production schedules to ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct routine inspections of production equipment and machinery to identify and address any issues.,Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control measures throughout the production process.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and implement improvements.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report any discrepancies to the relevant departments.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in production operations.,Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.,Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control measures.,Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, combining office and remote work.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different production sites as required.
