📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide first-line technical support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients.
  • Assist clients with account setup, configuration, and migration to Microsoft 365.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive knowledge base for common issues and solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and best practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on using Microsoft 365 features effectively.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Fluent in Japanese, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and their integration.
  • Previous experience in a technical support or helpdesk role is a plus.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
