In this role, you will be responsible for representing our brand and products to a wide audience, both online and offline. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Represent the brand and products effectively to customers and potential customers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the brand and products.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and promotions to increase brand awareness.,Monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve products and services.,Create engaging content for social media and other marketing channels.,Train and mentor junior brand ambassadors and sales teams.,Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B or beverage industry.,Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using social media and other digital marketing tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with the tea industry is a plus.
