Overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Conducting site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Managing a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and safety.,Preparing and submitting progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation.,Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Ensuring all construction activities comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.,Maintaining a clean and organized work site, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.,Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management or site engineering.,Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and safety regulations.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Project.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
