Duta Gilang Kitchen is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team in Sanur, Bali. This is an urgent opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and has a proven track record in managing and growing a successful kitchen operation.

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met, and driving sales and profitability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.
  • Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met and maintained.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Manage and mentor kitchen staff, providing training and support as needed.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the kitchen is running efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Ensure that the kitchen is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse range of people.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards, and the ability to ensure that they are met and maintained.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to travel and work outside of regular business hours, as needed.
