📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching and support to sales staff.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and drive sales.,Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or complaints promptly.,Collaborate with the Outlet Manager and other departments to achieve overall business objectives.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for sales staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or sales role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.
