📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees in a specific section.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.,Handle recruitment, training, and development of staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company in internal and external meetings.,Manage budgets and resources allocated to the section.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Proven track record of managing budgets and resources.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
