Bloom Home Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Bekasi, Jawa Barat. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. This is an urgent position, and the ideal candidate will be able to start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.,Check-in and check-out guests, and provide them with necessary information about the hotel.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, and escalate them to the appropriate department if necessary.,Maintain the front desk area, including filing, organizing, and updating guest records.,Assist with reservations and room assignments.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
