As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee training and development programs.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting a healthy work-life balance.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and provide HR solutions.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and provide feedback to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or administrative roles.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and office tools (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Office).,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian (both written and spoken) is a must.,English proficiency is a plus.
