📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR department in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Handle employee inquiries and resolve concerns related to HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive and productive work environment for all employees.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.,Support the HR department in maintaining a positive and inclusive company culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer service.
