Local Glow Unggul is seeking a talented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. We are a growing company in the heart of Canggu, Bali, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about accounting and finance. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience to start their career in accounting.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and assisting in the preparation of tax returns. You will also have the opportunity to work with our team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles and GAAP.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.,Assist in the preparation of financial analysis and forecasting models.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance (for experienced candidates).,Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
