📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor new staff members to ensure high standards of service.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in marketing activities to promote the store and attract new customers.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in both Indonesian and English.
