In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a passion for quality assurance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols.,Perform and interpret laboratory tests to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Train and mentor junior laboratory technicians.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Manage laboratory inventory and supplies.,Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with quality standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Experience with quality control and quality assurance processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality standards.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the laboratory field.
