📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily shop operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train a team of shop assistants to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization of sales promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role in retail.,Proven leadership and management experience.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to analyze sales data and provide insights.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
