📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staffing, inventory, and sales.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and sales analysis tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
