📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruiters.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the talent market.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.,Monitor and report on key metrics related to talent acquisition, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
