In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our store operations, ensuring smooth daily activities, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and daily tasks.,Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to travel to the store location as needed for meetings and training.
