As a Store Operator, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, cleaning, and organizing merchandise.,Monitor store sales and performance, and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.,Assist in training and mentoring new store staff, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and provide feedback on store layout and merchandise placement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or store operations role.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
