📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily care and supervision of children, ensuring their safety and well-being.,Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs to stimulate cognitive, physical, and social development.,Maintain accurate records of children's progress, behavior, and health.,Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans tailored to each child's individual needs.,Promote a positive and inclusive environment that respects each child's cultural background and individuality.,Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to children, ensuring they receive proper nutrition.,Monitor children's health and report any concerns to the care team immediately.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of care services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in child care or related field.,Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Certification in First Aid and CPR.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.,Valid work permit for Indonesia.,Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing atmosphere.
