📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Promote the company's products and services to customers.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or outlet management role.,Proven track record of successful outlet management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
