📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Assist customers with product selection and purchases, providing excellent customer service.,Maintain an organized and attractive shop display, ensuring products are presented well.,Handle cash transactions and manage inventory levels.,Train and supervise junior staff to ensure high standards of service.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Monitor shop performance and report any issues to the management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Proficient in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
