📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement startup programs and initiatives to support the growth and development of innovative startups in Bangka Belitung.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the startup ecosystem.,Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, mentors, and partners, to foster a supportive and collaborative environment.,Organize and facilitate workshops, networking events, and other activities to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration among startups.,Provide guidance and mentorship to startups, helping them navigate the challenges of building and scaling their businesses.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of startup programs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the Innovate Islands Co. team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support the growth of the startup ecosystem.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the startup and innovation space, and share this knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in startup program management, business development, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and the challenges faced by early-stage startups.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in working with startups in the Bangka Belitung region is a plus.
