📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the Surabaya branch, ensuring all stores meet and exceed performance targets.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance, support, and recognition for their contributions.
• Develop and implement retail strategies to drive sales growth and enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and best practices.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
• Leverage retail management software such as SAP Retail, Oracle Retail, or similar to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and customer service.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with retail management software such as SAP Retail, Oracle Retail, or similar.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
