📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and advertisements.
• Develop and maintain brand identities, ensuring consistency across all design projects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client expectations.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to enhance your design capabilities.
• Conduct market research to ensure designs are relevant and appealing to the target audience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide creative solutions to design challenges, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of the client.
• Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions to continuously improve and refine your designs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and a creative approach.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Experience in the advertising industry is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
