As the Club Manager & Padel Coach, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Padel Club, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our team of coaches and staff to provide top-notch services to our members. Additionally, you will be responsible for coaching and training our members, helping them to improve their skills and enjoy the game of Padel.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Padel Club, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and train a team of coaches and staff to provide high-quality services to members.
• Develop and implement training programs for members, focusing on skill improvement and enjoyment of the game.
• Organize and coordinate club events, tournaments, and social activities to enhance member engagement.
• Maintain and improve the club's facilities, ensuring they meet high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
• Handle member inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and analyze club performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Promote the club's services and attract new members through effective marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sports management or coaching, preferably in Padel or similar racquet sports.
• Certification as a Padel Coach or equivalent coaching experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with sports management software and tools, such as ClubReady or similar.
• Passion for sports and a commitment to providing excellent member experiences.
