📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design and implementation of KYB onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration with our partner ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our partners.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for KYB onboarding procedures and partner relationships.
• Analyze and optimize KYB onboarding workflows to improve efficiency and reduce friction for partners.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in KYB and partner management.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
• Work closely with the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in KYB onboarding, partner management, or a similar role in the financial technology sector.
• Strong understanding of KYB processes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficient in using KYB tools and software, such as Onfido, Jumio, or Trulioo.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong self-discipline and time management skills.
